Job description

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced and forward-thinking General Manager to lead and drive the growth of our Façade Division, which includes cladding, curtain wall systems, aluminum and glazing works. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong leadership to oversee project execution, business development, team performance, and overall divisional profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the Façade Division, ensuring successful execution of cladding and curtain wall projects.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the division and strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure effective project delivery—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement, site operations).
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor division-level P&L and drive performance improvements.
• Cultivate a strong and capable team through mentoring, coaching, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety protocols, and internal compliance policies.
• Provide regular performance and progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the façade industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership.
