Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an General Manager - Operation.

Job Description

1. Formulate and execute strategies to grow sales through new outlet openings and optimize existing operations.

2. Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales objectives and operation standards.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, supply chain to deliver seamless execution.

4. Analyze performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

5. Act as a key partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as a global leader when needed.

Requirements

1. 8+ years in F&B or QSR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

2. Handling 15 stores or 20 stores.

3. Strong strategic planning and outlet expansion experience.

4. Proven leadership in managing large teams.

5. Hands-on, analytical and goal oriented.
