Job Responsibilities
Formulate and execute strategies to grow sales through new outlet openings and optimize existing operations.
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales objectives and operation standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, supply chain to deliver seamless execution.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a key partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as a global leader when needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B or QSR operations and brings along 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Experience managing 15 stores/outlets.
Strong strategic planning and outlet expansion experience.
Proven leadership in managing large teams.
