A leading company seeks a General Manager to drive sales and manage key accounts in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with the team, developing new market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with global objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
The main purpose of the General Manager is to coordinate and monitor the subsidiary to constantly achieve the planned sales goals of the company products.
The General Manager will coordinate and be responsible for the large accounts of the region, supported by the Commercial Manager, and manage the team to source new business and market opportunities to increase the sales of CBMM products, as well as maintaining and further strengthening the relationship with existing customers.
The position is also responsible to control and engage the consultants of CBMM`s technology program in the region, in order to support the global consumption of the company`s products, aiming to increase the total market size. In order to accomplish the main goal, it’s necessary to establish an efficient communication channel between the headquarters and the subsidiary, reporting to the board of directors of the subsidiary and aligning the global objectives with the company policy, as well as applying the approved strategies to the region.
The General Manager also needs to manage the financial results of the subsidiary, monitor the sales, shipments, technical activities, events and third-party companies that provide services to the subsidiary.
