Job description

1. Strategy formulation and implementation

Formulate the company's business strategic plan: formulate short-term and long-term business development strategies based on the market environment, industry trends, and company vision.

Promote strategic execution: ensure that all departments work together around strategic goals and monitor the effectiveness of strategic execution.

Discover business growth opportunities: find new markets, new products or new business models through market research and data analysis.

2. Daily business management

Operation management: supervise daily operation processes, optimize efficiency, quality and cost control.

Budget and financial management: formulate annual budgets, control costs, and ensure the achievement of profit targets.

Supply chain/sales/market coordination: ensure efficient collaboration among business lines, improve customer satisfaction and market share.

3. Team management and organizational construction

Lead and motivate the team: establish an efficient management team, promote employee performance and teamwork.

Talent recruitment and training: formulate talent development plans and enhance organizational capabilities.

Corporate culture construction: create a positive and innovative corporate culture environment.
