We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Business and Development Department. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and fostering long-term partnerships within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the company’s footprint in both public and private construction projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, joint ventures, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including project management, finance, and operations to align business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the business development team to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Construction Management, or related field.
