General Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking General Manager to lead our Singapore operations and spearhead regional growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep experience in managing high-growth companies, building scalable operations, and driving innovation in the tech space. The GM will be instrumental in shaping the company’s local and regional direction, building strong teams, and ensuring consistent business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business operations in Singapore, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional strategies.
• Drive expansion efforts across Southeast Asia through effective business development and market entry strategies.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional departments including product development, marketing, sales, HR, and operations.
• Build and foster a strong organizational culture focused on high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and uphold strong standards of corporate governance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to global strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in senior management roles within the tech, digital services, or innovation-driven industries.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations and manage multi-disciplinary teams across different regions.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing P&L and leading strategic planning processes.
• Successful track record in launching new products or services and entering new markets.
• Solid understanding of the Southeast Asian business environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
