Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Ensure good customer experience, satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  2. Ensure the smooth running of shop operations in line with the company’s business objectives.
  3. Oversee and participate in daily operations.
  4. Train team members to upsell receipts per head, retail products (takeaway), recruit Loyalty Members, and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Calculate future needs for kitchenware and equipment and place orders as needed.
  6. Prepare shift schedules.
  7. Supervise kitchen and wait staff, providing assistance as needed.
  8. Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  9. Gather guest feedback and recommend menu improvements.

Requirements :

  1. Have F&B working experience.
  2. Ability to improve sales through social media posting and marketing.
  3. Friendly personality and hospitable attitude towards all guests.
  4. Hands-on approach to daily operations to better understand SOPs and improve workflow.
  5. Positive attitude with strong communication skills with customers.
