General Manager – All That Jazz (Singapore)

All That Jazz is one of Singapore’s leading performing arts academies, with over 1,500 students across 5 locations and a vibrant new performance centre. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager (GM) to take charge of our business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across customer service, admin, HR, marketing, and finance

• Drive enrolments and business growth while ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Manage and inspire a 50+ person team, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture

• Own the P&L, budgets, and profitability

• Partner with our Founder & CEO (Vicky) on the creative/educational side, and report to our Director (Mathew) on the business side

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a senior operations/management role (enrichment, education, or performing arts experience a plus)

• Strong people leader — empathetic, motivating, and confident handling conflict

• Process-driven, with a track record of setting up and improving business systems

• Financial acumen — experience managing budgets and driving profitability

• Bonus: background in dance or the performing arts
