Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing products to the highest quality level, following the specifications laid out by our Engineering Group, with the least possible cost to meet the quality, volume and service demands of our customers.
• Responsible for the maintenance and well-being of our human resource assets as well as our equipment assets in the plant to have them operate at the highest level of efficiency, effectiveness, motivation and at the lowest possible costs.
• Responsible for all factors of production existing in the plant to be operating optimally.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the plant in regards to meeting the goals and objectives laid out by corporate management.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports to show progress and wellbeing of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Managerial role and experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
