We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager (GM) to lead our Singapore operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scaling teams, optimizing operations, and driving business growth. You’ll oversee cross-functional departments, ensuring both day-to-day excellence and long-term vision execution.

  • Oversee and lead all aspects of the business operations in Singapore
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including operations, sales, marketing, HR, and finance
  • Ensure operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs; implement corrective actions when needed
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and key stakeholder relationships
  • Foster a high-performance culture and support leadership development across teams
  • Report directly to the CEO or Regional HQ and provide regular performance updates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in senior leadership, general management, or operations roles
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering business growth in a dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and people leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making and managing P&L
  • Legally authorized to work in Singapore (Citizen, PR, or valid work pass)
  • Full-time availability for on-site leadership in our Singapore office
