Job Title: General Manager (F&B)

Location:Jakarta, Indonesia

Our client, a well-established global restaurant chain with over 1,000 branches worldwide and 200 outlets across Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive day-to-day operations across 200 outlets in Jakarta.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in service, product quality, and customer experience.

• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.

• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with global HQ and regional teams to align local strategies with global objectives.

Requirements:

• Able to relocate to Jakarta.

• >10 years proven experience in a senior operations or general management role within the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills.

• Sound understanding of financial and operational KPIs.
