Contract Type

This role is offered as a 1-year contract, with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and company needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Manager to manage subcon companies and General Affairs & HR related works for internal management of the company.

This position will primarily be responsible for the following duties, and other duties may change depending on the situation.

  1. Subcontract Management
  2. - Responsible for managing subcontractors that handle Cleaning, Waste Treatment, and Medical Facilities (FAD Room).
  3. - Check and instruct the work status of each company based on customer feedback, and organize and report work details.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and report work results for each task, and manage necessary documents (SOPs, Others) required for performing the tasks.

Administration Work

- Handle general administrative tasks such as purchasing and managing office supplies.

- Manage human resources tasks including payroll, attendance, and contract management.

* Other duties may change depending on the situation.

Required Competencies and Skills

As a General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leadership and Team Management
  2. - Ability to manage vendors to improve work performance.
  3. Communication and Collaboration
  4. - Effectively communicate internally and externally, and solve problems through collaboration.
  5. Proficiency in Office Applications
  6. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and document management.
  7. Diligence and Responsibility
  8. - Responsible for assigned work and adhere strictly to working hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience (preferably in Facility Maintenance).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR work (Payroll, Attendance, Contract Management).
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
