Job Summary:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing company-wide strategies, establishing policies and procedures, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring efficient business operations. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s long-term vision and success by focusing on organizational growth, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Leadership:

• Drive the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company vision and long-term goals.
• Develop business policies, streamline procedures, and enforce productivity standards.
