General Manager

We’re looking for a startup-minded General Manager (GM) to take ownership of our new SaaS product, ClariFi’s growth, product direction, and business performance.

You’ll operate as a mini-CEO, driving product-market fit, GTM strategy, financial performance, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take a product from MVP → traction → scale — and is hungry to lead, not just execute.

Responsibilities:

• Own ClariFi’s business strategy, roadmap, and growth targets
• Drive product-market fit by deeply understanding CFO/FP&A pain points
• Report directly to the CEO with metrics, progress, and priorities
• Translate user problems into product features and roadmap
• Write user stories and work closely with our dev team to execute sprints
• Prioritize for maximum impact: MVP over nice-to-have
• Design and iterate on pricing strategy and sales motions
• Test GTM channels (email, outbound, partnerships, content, etc.)
• Handle early sales calls and customer demos
• Own ClariFi’s P&L, burn rate, CAC, and unit economics
• Build dashboards for customer KPIs (MRR, churn, LTV, etc.)
• Coordinate hiring, marketing spend, and resource needs across teams
• Manage onboarding, support, and feedback loops
• Track churn reasons, upsell opportunities, and feature requests
• Build a playbook to scale success with limited human touch

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years experience in product, operations, strategy, or early-stage SaaS leadership
• Have led or contributed meaningfully to a 0→1 product launch
• Are comfortable talking to finance personas (CFOs, FP&A leads) and turning insights into decisions
• Are numbers-driven, fluent in Excel/Sheets, and can build a financial model if needed
• Know how to hustle like a founder and operate without full instructions
• Bonus: Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, FP&A tools, or financial SaaS
