• Establish company’s business strategic direction in the region, align with business leadership team on Sales & Marketing, Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operation Excellence, Product Management
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for sustainable business growth
• Establish and plan cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Oversee the company's financial, operational and sales performance
• Establish company policies and legal guidelines
• Lead and manage people and foster good corporate culture and values
• Manage good stakeholder relationships
• Ensure adherence to good corporate governance practices

Requirements:

• Recognised bachelor’s degree and/or higher in Science or Engineering, MBA preferred.
• Experience in developing strategic and sustainable business plans

• Able to work with team with diverse backgrounds (China, USA, SEA, Oceania)
