Your Responsibilities

As General Manager Singapore, you will:

• Lead and manage the Singapore office, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, local suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain and grow client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities

• Negotiate with local suppliers to secure optimal rates and service levels

• Oversee product creation and pricing, including the preparation of tariffs

• Ensure service delivery adheres to our exacting quality standards

• Manage annual budgeting, financial reporting, and monthly performance reviews

• Supervise all HR, administrative, and IT functions in collaboration with headquarters

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Tourplan and related systems

• Oversee financial operations including supplier payments and client remittances

• Represent DTH Travel at travel trade events domestically and internationally
