We are looking for an efficient and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, both business and personal, to ensure the Director’s daily activities run smoothly.
  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact, screening and prioritizing incoming communications such as calls, emails, and mail.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal appointments, reservations, events, and handling personal errands.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for frequent verbal and written communication, enabling effective interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of interacting professionally at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in performing tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
