日常运营管理 / Daily Operations Management
- 全面负责门店营运,确保前厅与厨房高效配合
Fully oversee store operations and ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams - 制定排班、人员调配及出餐流程监督
Plan staff schedules, allocate manpower, and supervise food service flow - 监督服务质量、顾客满意度及现场卫生
Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and on-site hygiene standards
人员管理与培训 / Staff Management & Training
- 带领前厅与后厨团队执行标准流程
Lead FOH and BOH teams to follow SOPs - 培训新员工,考核绩效,建立正向文化氛围
Train new staff, evaluate performance, and foster a positive work culture - 协调人员关系,减少流失率,提高团队稳定性
Manage team relations to reduce turnover and improve retention
销售与财务管理 / Sales & Financial Oversight
- 负责营业额对账、现金/电子支付复核
Responsible for sales reconciliation and verifying cash/e-payment records - 分析月度销售数据,制定促销与控本策略
Analyze monthly sales data and develop promotions and cost-control strategies - 处理顾客投诉与突发事件,提出改善方案
Handle customer complaints and emergencies, and propose improvement measures
合规与沟通 / Compliance & Communication
- 遵守新加坡劳工与食品卫生法规
Ensure compliance with Singapore's labour and food hygiene regulations - 定期向总部提交运营报告与建议
Submit regular operational reports and improvement proposals to HQ
任职要求 / Requirements
- 至少2年餐厅运营管理经验(中餐经验优先)
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (Chinese cuisine preferred) - 熟悉门店人力安排、POS系统、后厨流程
Familiar with manpower planning, POS systems, and kitchen operations - 擅长团队管理、顾客服务与运营统筹
Strong in team leadership, customer service, and operational coordination - 会中文,能基本英文沟通(中英双语优先)
Proficient in Mandarin and basic English (bilingual preferred) - 可接受轮班/节假日工作,有责任感、执行力强
Willing to work shifts/weekends; responsible and results-driven
