Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on service quality and efficiency

• Set and achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets for the outlet(s)

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain loyal ones

• Collaborate with marketing team on brand-building and promotional campaigns

• Monitor and optimize cost structures, margins, and overall profitability

• Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers and Supervisors across departments

• Standardize operating procedures and ensure compliance with service standards

• Drive initiatives that improve customer experience and increase average spend

• Track KPIs, P&L, and performance metrics; present reports to senior management

• Propose and test new concepts, product offerings, or business models

Requirements
