A leading firm is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations in Singapore. The role involves driving service quality and profitability, developing strategies for customer acquisition, and mentoring teams to foster a high-performing environment. Ideal candidates will possess substantial F&B management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on service quality and efficiency
• Set and achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets for the outlet(s)
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain loyal ones
• Collaborate with marketing team on brand-building and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and optimize cost structures, margins, and overall profitability
• Lead and mentor Restaurant Managers and Supervisors across departments
• Standardize operating procedures and ensure compliance with service standards
• Drive initiatives that improve customer experience and increase average spend
• Track KPIs, P&L, and performance metrics; present reports to senior management
• Propose and test new concepts, product offerings, or business models

Requirements
• 5–8 years of F&B management experience; 2+ years in a senior/multi-unit role
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage costs, and optimize team performance
• Commercial mindset with experience in customer acquisition or brand growth
• Proficient in using POS, basic reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field
