2. Business Operation Management
Supervise daily business operations to ensure efficient operation;
Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and make continuous improvements.
3. Team Building and Leadership
Establish an efficient management team and guide the work of middle and senior management personnel;
Responsible for the recruitment of key positions and the construction of talent echelons;
