Formulate business development strategies and goals for the company or department;

Assist senior management in formulating medium- and long-term development plans;

Break down strategic goals into specific business plans and promote their implementation.

2. Business Operation Management

Supervise daily business operations to ensure efficient operation;

Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;

Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and make continuous improvements.

3. Team Building and Leadership

Establish an efficient management team and guide the work of middle and senior management personnel;
