We are seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the company through its next phase of growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive business strategy, build high-performing teams, raise capital, establish strategic partnerships, and oversee day-to-day operations, including office management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's overall vision, strategy, and long-term growth plan.
• Take full ownership of the company's profit and loss (P&L).
• Lead the organization across all business functions including operations, technology, finance, marketing, product, compliance, and customer success.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and execution.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify new revenue opportunities and market expansion strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, financial institutions, technology partners, and enterprise clients.
• Represent the company during commercial negotiations and strategic discussions.

Operations

• Work closely with the project and Engineering teams to define the best strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure operational excellence and efficient execution across departments.
• Establish scalable processes and performance metrics.
• Oversee the overall management and daily operations of construction projects
• Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation
• Lead and supervise project teams, site staff, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and project financial performance

Financial Management

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Optimize cash flow and resource allocation.
• Monitor company performance through KPIs and financial reporting.
• Ensure sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead fundraising initiatives including Seed, Series A, and subsequent funding rounds.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic partners.
• Prepare investor presentations and communicate company performance effectively.

Team Building

• Recruit and develop senior leadership.
• Mentor department heads and foster leadership development.
• Create an execution‑focused culture that attracts top talent.

Regulatory & Governance

• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.
• Implement strong corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Build relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in managing teams and operations.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills.
• Prior experience as a COO, General Manager, Country Manager, or business unit leader is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in revenue growth.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams including Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Finance, office management, and Compliance.
• Experience fundraising and managing investor relationships is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment where adaptability and execution are essential.
• General Manager / P&L experience required, especially in a project business
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas Midstream Industry, Engineering, Construction, and pharmaceutical, Semi contracting Industry.
• Experience working cross‑functionally across the global organization
• Excellent relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
