What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of management experience with hands-on exposure to overseeing multiple departmental functions such as operations, sales, finance, and human resources.

Multilingual Proficiency: Ability to comprehend Chinese, paired with strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Key Account Expertise: Experience in managing and nurturing relationships with major clients is essential, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Strategic Vision: Ability to identify business development opportunities, drive partnerships, and position the company effectively in the marketplace while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

About the Role:

Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational facets of our Singapore-based business while directly reporting to the CEO.

Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

End-to-End Oversight: Manage critical areas including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and process optimization within our restaurant portfolio.

Innovation & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch innovative initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Performance & Compliance: Monitor key performance metrics to implement data-driven solutions that boost profitability, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Strategic Contribution: Play an instrumental role in shaping and executing the overall strategic plan of the company.
