Join a prominent supermarket as a General Manager, spearheading procurement and revenue growth strategies while ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a diverse team to achieve targets across various sales channels. This role requires significant experience and a passion for retail to shape a leading market presence.
Join our new retail supermarket as General Manager, where you’ll lead end‑to‑end procurement,
Setting Sales, HR policy design, CRM, accounting operations—and crucially—own the responsibility to set and meet revenue targets across health supplements and broader product range. You’ll develop sourcing strategies to secure quality goods from neighboring countries at the lowest cost, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relations, forecast and manage inventory at warehouse and ensure regulatory compliance, implementation of robust HR policies covering recruitment, performance management, and employment law.
You’ll oversee the accounting department to maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely invoicing and reporting to BOD, and uphold proper financial controls. You’ll craft and execute sales initiatives across retail, e‑commerce, and B2B channels—setting specific, measurable, time‑bound revenue goals (e.g. quarterly or annual targets) supported by CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to drive segmentation, lead generation, retention, upsells, and superior customer experience. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, compliance, and supply chain teams, track key KPIs—quota attainment, revenue per salesperson, customer lifetime value, procurement savings, conversion rates—and lead digital projects like CRM enhancements and dashboards. Manage shipments and offloading containers.
Must have minimum 16 years managing Supermarkets, proven target-driven leadership, negotiation and strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, solid accounting oversight, and strong leadership. As we are supermarket, you will be stationed in our supermarket and weekend crowds are crucial to our business. We work 6days and dayoff will be on a weekday, normal work hours from 10am to 6pm.
