Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall brand business performance
- Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
- Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
- Lead the team to drive sales, deliver high customer satisfaction and brand profitability
- Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers
Requirements
- Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity, preferably in a premium automotive brand
- Highly driven, result-oriented and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen with customer-centric focus
- Aptitude for details coupled with the ability to review financial numbers
- Dynamic and proactive
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
