Understand client needs and expectations, and work towards exceeding them.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, including procurement, sales, design, customer service, and IT support. Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to meet client requirements.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to department heads in achieving their operational goals.Financial Management: Manage the budget and financial performance of the company, working towards profitability and cost-effectiveness.Compliance & Audits: Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements and documents are filed within the compliance of laws and regulations. Oversee & manage the company auditsRecruitment: Work with the HR department to pool the right talent in the company. Oversee & manage the hiring & CTC budget.Training & Development: Work with the HR department to conduct various training & development programs for our employees.
