Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple franchise outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with corporate standards and local regulations.
  • Manage franchisee relationships, ensuring adherence to brand standards, service quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain management, inventory control, and cost efficiency, with a focus on specialized beef product sourcing.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive brand visibility and customer engagement in the Singapore market.
  • Analyze sales performance data, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable business improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor store managers and staff to maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations, maintaining top-tier standards across outlets.
  • Report directly to the company’s senior management and contribute to long-term business planning and expansion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in franchise or retail operations management, preferably in food and beverage or specialty meat sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of international beef sourcing, supply chain logistics, and quality assurance standards is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive operational excellence.
