Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Development
- Develop and implement the company strategy and annual goals
- Drive new business acquisition and maintain key client relationships
- Monitor market trends and continuously optimize service offerings
2. Team Leadership and Organizational Development
- Lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams (consulting, sales, delivery)
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and professional work culture
3. Operations and Financial Oversight
- Manage day-to-day operations, including resource allocation and process optimization
- Approve major project plans and ensure quality and timeliness
- Take ownership of departmental or company-level P&L responsibilities
4. Project and Client Delivery Support
- Supervise project execution and quality; step in at critical project stages if necessary
- Coordinate client communications and manage complex issues and risks
Requirements
- Business Administration, Consulting, Management Science, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry, with at least 3 years in senior management
- Deep understanding of areas such as strategy, organizational design, HR, digital transformation, or operations
- Proven track record in business development and team leadership
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and leadership capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at top consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Roland Berger, etc.)
- Background in entrepreneurship or P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and a strong client network
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for regional business interactions
