Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and logistics
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Build and manage high-performing teams and foster a positive company culture
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling businesses
