Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Lead and motivate department heads to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities and risks.

2. Business Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across departments (e.g., sales, finance, marketing, HR, operations).
  • Ensure operational excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

3. Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyze financial statements to assess company performance and drive profitability.
  • Optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

4. Business Development & Client Relations

  • Drive business development and expand partnerships and client base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

5. Team Management

  • Lead recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and emerging leaders.

6. Risk & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of corporate ethics and integrity.
