About The Role

Basic Salary + Commission (Uncapped)

5 Working Days | 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

As part of our dynamic telesales team, you will:

• Achieve sales targets and meet key campaign performance metrics, including call quality and operational standards
• Make outbound calls to promote our products to both new and existing customers, using clear and confident product knowledge
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to maximize customer value
• Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales
• Ensure all sales activities are fully compliant with industry regulations and meet high standards for quality and professionalism
• Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our system

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
