Position: Corporate Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join the ARCSS India Corporate Team in Bhopal. The ideal candidates will handle complex transactions in the corporate sector, manage large clients and mega insurance policies, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage complex insurance requirements for clients in the corporate sector.
2. Identify client/prospect risk needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
3. Retain and expand relationships with existing clients through exceptional service.
4. Develop and nurture a professional network within the business community and industry.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Experience and Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in corporate relationship management.
2. Proven ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporates, MNCs, and PSUs.
3. Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing.
4. Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
