Job summary

PRAMAHAA PTE. LTD. seeks a senior AI delivery lead to manage end-to-end AI/GenAI projects, coordinating data teams, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders. You will translate business problems into AI use cases, develop delivery plans, and oversee timelines and quality across multiple teams.

You will drive governance, security, and responsible AI practices while working with architecture, legal, and risk teams. Strong PM skills and Agile experience are essential for scaling impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing technology, data, AI/ML, or digital-transformation projects.
• Understanding of ML/AI lifecycle, Generative AI/LLMs, cloud platforms, data engineering, APIs, MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance and security.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, or cloud certifications can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects from requirements through production.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, data engineers, architects, and business teams.
• Manage delivery of GenAI, LLM, machine-learning, automation, and AI-agent solutions.
• Establish milestones, KPIs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; ensure tested and production-ready.
• Work with architecture, cybersecurity, legal, risk, and compliance on responsible AI and governance.
• Identify opportunities to scale AI solutions across the organization.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management.
