Job summary

EPAM Systems in Singapore seeks a Delivery Manager (AI in SDLC) to command end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI initiatives, guiding teams from discovery to production rollout. You will align stakeholders, coach teams, and apply Agile/Lean methods to build repeatable AI delivery frameworks while embedding privacy and governance.

You will engage executives on strategy, manage multicontinent teams, and track value delivery with measurable outcomes across the SDLC.

Qualifications

Leadership across complex AI delivery programs with clear ownership of outcomes.
Understanding AI lifecycle: experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from discovery to production rollout.
Align stakeholders through governance, risk management and delivery updates.
Coach delivery teams on integrating AI into the software delivery lifecycle.
Apply Agile and Lean ways of working to build repeatable AI delivery frameworks.
Embed responsible AI, data privacy and model risk practices across delivery.
Track outcomes using delivery metrics, value realization and adoption measurement.
Coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams to maintain delivery health and predictability.
