Job Description Summary
The GenAI Data Scientist (Chinese LLM Specialist) will be responsible for transforming business challenges into data-driven solutions by leveraging advanced Generative AI techniques, particularly focusing on Chinese Language Models (LLM). This role involves building, validating, and deploying innovative models to solve complex problems, utilizing methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, and advanced data engineering.

As a GenAI Data Scientist with a focus on Chinese LLM, you will act as the bridge between business needs and AI-driven solutions. You will employ a combination of statistical methodologies, deep learning, and domain expertise to craft data solutions. Each day brings new challenges, as you dive deep into understanding the business context, converting those insights into data problems, and designing solutions.

You will be responsible for leveraging Chinese LLMs to build advanced AI systems tailored for business applications. Your work will include model development, validation, and deployment, ensuring that the models solve business challenges while being accurate, scalable, and generalizable.

Your role extends to deploying these models into operational applications, ensuring long-term business value throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Convert business challenges into data-driven hypotheses and models using Chinese LLMs and deep learning techniques.
• Build and deploy Chinese language models for a variety of business applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify AI opportunities and develop innovative solutions using Chinese LLMs.
• Lead educational workshops on Generative AI, specifically focused on Chinese language models and their business applications.
• Design and develop AI PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and end-to-end solutions using tools like Python, Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, and other relevant libraries.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Work closely with AI architects and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Lead AI feasibility studies and PoC projects, demonstrating the value and viability of AI technologies for business transformation.
• Stay updated on trends in Chinese LLMs, AI, and Generative AI, and apply this knowledge to drive thought leadership and innovation.
• Maintain expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and apply them to solve real-world business problems.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of AI and data consulting experience with a focus on Chinese LLMs or AI technologies.
• Proven expertise in Chinese language processing and Natural Language Processing (NLP) using advanced LLMs.
• Proficient in AI frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and RAGAS.
• Strong experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Expertise in working with Chinese LLMs for tasks such as text generation, sentiment analysis, language translation, and chatbots.
• Experience with Python and related libraries for building and deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of AI technologies like deep learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and variational autoencoders (VAEs).
• Ability to lead AI feasibility studies and PoC projects to showcase AI’s impact on business operations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience with AI applications in the Chinese language market, particularly in industries like e-commerce, finance, and customer service.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of business strategies and how AI can drive business transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Expertise in advanced data analysis, statistics, and reporting.
