Unison Consulting seeks a GenAI Architect to design and implement secure, scalable Generative AI solutions for banking, spanning customer service, operations, risk, and compliance. You will lead architecture, select models and tooling, and ensure governance.

You will collaborate with security, compliance, legal, and model risk teams to meet regulatory requirements, guiding projects from PoC to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise architecture and delivery within banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying production LLM applications.
• Proficiency in Python, API development, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and model evaluation.
• Experience with major cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of banking processes and secure development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, IaC, and LLMOps.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define GenAI architecture and roadmap with banking business and tech teams.
• Design solutions for customer/employee assistants, KYC, and operations automation.
• Build RAG architectures using approved knowledge sources.
• Evaluate models, embeddings, and vector databases for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Integrate GenAI with core banking systems and enterprise APIs.
• Design workflows with controlled tool access and auditable actions.
• Implement data security, retention, and residency controls.
• Address risks like hallucinations and prompt injection.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and deployment practices for production AI.
• Collaborate with security/compliance/model risk to meet governance.
