Overview

We are looking for a Code Development Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and a solid background in banking technology to drive the integration of GenAI tools across our software development lifecycle. This role will lead the exploration, standardization, and framework development of GenAI use, helping engineering teams unlock productivity, enhance code quality, and accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and governance of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs) across development teams.
• Design and implement frameworks, best practices, and guidelines for safe and efficient use of GenAI in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and risk teams to identify GenAI opportunities aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Drive pilot initiatives and scale successful GenAI implementations across platforms and squads.
• Stay current on GenAI advancements and translate emerging capabilities into actionable strategies.
• Coach and mentor developers on GenAI usage and ensure consistent practices across squads.
