Job summary

United Overseas Bank invites a GenAI and Data Analytics Intern for Jan–Dec 2027. You will design, develop, and implement GenAI use cases to identify risk exposures, detect anomalies, and enhance fraud detection, while building in-house tools and automation to streamline audits and improve efficiency.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, support data marts, and conduct data analysis with Python, SQL, and modern BI tools to enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and business understanding.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), or AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
