Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Gen AI Presales Solution Architect to lead end-to-end AI and Gen AI solution architectures for large-scale client opportunities in Singapore. You will translate business challenges into scalable technology architectures and bridge sales, solutioning, and delivery teams.

The role requires deep experience in AI, modern AI stacks, and cloud platforms, with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and solutioning AI and Generative AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, vector databases, knowledge retrieval, and agent-based solutions.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to assess business processes and design AI-powered and agentic workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI economics, including token consumption, scalability considerations, and cost optimization strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI and Gen AI solution architecture for client pursuits, RFPs, and strategic opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions across Data, AI, Gen AI, Agents, and cloud platforms.
• Define target architectures, solution roadmaps, and operating models for AI-enabled transformations.
• Evaluate and recommend AI approaches, including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, A2A, and related technologies.
• Develop effort estimates, delivery models, staffing plans, and commercial solution constructs.
• Collaborate with global sales, delivery, and capability teams to validate solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Present and defend solution strategies to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Support seamless transition from sales to delivery following deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI and Gen AI solution architecture for client pursuits, RFPs, and strategic opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions across Data, AI, Gen AI, Agents, and cloud platforms.
• Define target architectures, solution roadmaps, and operating models for AI-enabled transformations.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI approaches, including traditional ML, modern AI stacks, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, A2A, and related technologies.
• Develop effort estimates, delivery models, staffing plans, and commercial solution constructs aligned to client requirements.
• Collaborate with global sales, delivery, and capability teams to validate solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Present and defend solution strategies to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in AI, Data, Analytics, or related technology consulting, delivery, or presales roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing and solutioning AI and Generative AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, vector databases, knowledge retrieval, and agent-based solutions.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to assess business processes and design AI-powered and agentic workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI economics, including token consumption, scalability considerations, and cost optimization strategies.

• Experience in Systems Integration (SI) engagements and large-scale application modernization programs.

• Prior client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
