We implement information-driven strategies, data platforms and advanced data analytics solution systems that help grow, optimize and protect client organizations.

We are looking for a Generative AI Expert within the DnA team in our Singapore office. This role is offered on a full time basis.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead or advise on the strategy, design, and implementation of GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into GenAI applications.
• Work with and fine-tune LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems.
• Build or guide the development of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLMOps workflows, and model evaluations.
• Drive proofs of concept, pilots, and scaled deployments of generative AI solutions.
• Maintain awareness of emerging GenAI models, frameworks, ethical guidelines, and industry use cases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
• Lead or contribute to client presentations, proposals, and workshops.

Skills and attributes for success

To succeed, you will need 6–10+ years in AI/ML, with 2–3+ years working specifically on generative AI applications, and strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and NLP/NLG systems.
