About the Role

A leading Insurance organisation is looking for a visionary GCP Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to design and deliver next-generation cloud-native solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing AI-first digital transformation strategies, leveraging the latest in Google Cloud technologies and AI innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Lead the development of GenAI-driven applications using cutting-edge tools such as Vertex AI, PaLM, Gemini, and custom LLMs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, ML engineers, and business leaders—to turn business objectives into technical realities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineering teams through complex design and deployment processes
• Drive innovation through architecture reviews, PoCs, and performance optimization
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest GenAI trends, tools, and GCP services, continuously enhancing our solution capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–12 years of IT experience, with 4+ years specializing in GCP architecture
• Hands-on expertise with GenAI frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs
• Solid understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Proficiency across GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, etc.
• Practical experience implementing MLOps and CI/CD pipelines in cloud ecosystems
• GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification is a strong advantage
