Overview:

We are seeking candidates for end-to-end sales and fulfillment roles within GCCs, focusing on enterprise technology solutions. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in similar roles and understand how GCCs operate in Loan Staff and Fixed Fee opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage 4-5 named GCC accounts, regularly identifying and generating opportunities.
  2. Understand account hierarchies and map stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with clients to identify immediate and future demands, securing extensions of existing resources.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill immediate demands.
  5. Work with recruitment teams for upcoming demands, pushing for timely fulfillment.
  6. Drive the entire sales and fulfillment cycle, including demand understanding, stakeholder engagement, candidate preparation, interview scheduling, follow-up, onboarding, and approvals.
  7. Monitor timesheet entry, billing, and collections in coordination with project managers and clients.
  8. Take responsibility for and be measured by the amount billed to clients for deployed resources.
Qualifications:

MBA from a reputed college or qualified BE/B.Tech/BCom/MCom, with a minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, and Graduation, and no backlog. Postgraduates should also have no backlog.
