Job Summary

Join Swift Technologies as a Google Business Profile (GBP) & Local SEO Specialist and help improve our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Business Profile (GBP) Management
   • Create, claim, and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients.
   • Ensure accuracy in business details (name, address, phone, hours, etc.).
   • Regularly update profiles with photos, posts, offers, and Q&A responses.
2. Local SEO Optimization
   • Conduct keyword research for local search optimization.
   • Implement SEO strategies to boost rankings in local searches.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to align GBP with broader SEO and digital campaigns.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
   • Monitor GBP Insights (views, clicks, calls, direction requests).
   • Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
   • Track competitor listings and identify growth opportunities.
4. Research & Innovation
   • Stay updated on Google's algorithm changes and new GBP features.
   • Test innovative tactics to maximize client visibility and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• 12+ years of experience in GBP management, local SEO, or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.
