Job summary

NetEase, Inc. is seeking a game designer to bring your vision to life by designing core gameplay mechanics and systems that form the foundation of our games.

You will balance combat outcomes, character progression, and in-game economies using data-driven methods to deliver engaging experiences. You will participate in the entire development process—from prototyping and production to launch—collaborating closely with headquarters and regional teams.

Qualifications
