A leading gaming company in Singapore is seeking a Game Operations - Product Lead to oversee strategy and execution of product and live operations for mobile games. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry, a strong understanding of Free-to-Play mechanics, and exceptional leadership skills, driving performance and optimizing player engagement across global markets.

Role Requirements:
• Lead and manage the product roadmap, live operations, and game updates across multiple titles.
• Define product strategy and translate it into executable operational plans.
• Plan and maintain the content release roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of in-game events, features, and updates.
• Act as the release manager for build coordination, version control, and release deployment across regions.
• Establish and monitor gating KPIs (e.g., DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion) to evaluate feature and event performance.
• Track, analyze, and optimize game performance metrics using internal dashboards and analytics tools.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and product evaluations of both internal and external titles.
• Coordinate closely with producers, engineers, artists, QA, and marketing to align on priorities and execution.
• Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy across cross-functional and regional teams.
• Review, test, and validate live events and in-game content before and after deployment to ensure quality and impact.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in the online or mobile gaming industry
• Strong understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) game mechanics and monetization strategies
• Proven track record of launching or operating at least one mobile game in the SEA region
• Experience in UX/user flow design, feature specification, UI wireframes, and presentation development
• Proficient in data analysis with a structured, process-driven approach
• Experience with game community management and player engagement initiatives
• Familiarity with traditional and AI-assisted localization processes
• Understanding of AI-based customer support systems, including support bots and FAQ automation
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Adaptable to dynamic business environments and fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Up to date with emerging technologies, AI tools, and market trends
• Bonus: Proficiency in Python, ChatGPT API, or other AI operations tools
• Singapore citizen or PR only.
