We are looking for a Game Operations Associate to join our growing mobile gaming team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and performance optimization of our game products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and use data-driven insights to improve user experience, drive retention, and support long-term growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention, engagement, and monetization. Identify and respond to abnormal fluctuations, providing actionable insights for game optimization across various regions and platforms.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, manage support channels, and translate insights into clear, actionable product improvement recommendations. Follow up on feature launches, in-game events, and content updates to evaluate impact.
- Manage live operations configurations in internal tools and dashboards, including monetization settings, event tracking, alert systems, and promotional campaigns.
Leverage analytics platforms to uncover user behavior patterns, propose enhancements that improve user experience, and support data-backed product iteration. - Assist with content localization and quality assurance (LQA) to ensure cultural and linguistic suitability for target markets, especially in Southeast Asia.
- Work across development, marketing, and customer support teams to create a cohesive player experience. Lead initiatives that improve internal workflows and inter-team collaboration.
- Communicate product strategies, metrics, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Present regular performance updates and strategic reviews to aid in decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in mobile gaming, live ops, or product operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar) to drive insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, as this role requires communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
