  • Conduct research and A/B testingto refine onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and smooth playing experience.
  • Design and iterate on game loops, difficulty progression, and reward systemsusing player behavior data.
  • Monitor game datato assess feature effectiveness, adjusting mechanics based on player engagement trends.
  • Test gameplay mechanics, incorporating analytics insightsto refine core game loops and risk/reward structures.
  • Maintain detailed game design documents,including visual mockups, system flows, and interaction diagrams, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Work closely with engineers, artists, and marketing teamsto align game design with player needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, product design, or data analysis,in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong analytical skillswith experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other data platforms.
  • Ability to conduct A/B testingand interpret results to refine product features, UX and game flow.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital experiencesbased on user behavior and data analysis.
  • Excellent documentation skillsto communicate design features and maintain structured product design documents.
  • Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, art, and marketing.
