Gallery Manager [B2B sales]

Main duties (80~90% of job duties)

1. Gallery Operations: Oversee and check the day-to-day gallery operations, including managing staff and facilities, ensuring that customers and guests are attended to. Work closely with the CEO/Founder regarding the smooth running of the gallery. Interact with regular customers and build relationships with loyal customers.
2. B2B Sales, Planning, and Reporting: Report on the company's operational situation/sales forecast to the CEO/Management and strategize/plan how best to approach business clients in the hotel & related sector within Singapore. Generate leads, arrange meetings, and successfully secure orders.

Miscellaneous duties (10~20% of job duties)

1. HR Duties: Hiring and training; roaster planning and coordination with all stores. Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with artists and providing support for pop-up events and exhibitions.
2. Marketing and Promotion: Updating SNS and newsletter; overseeing the maintenance of the membership service; event planning with departmental/retail stores and coordinating with Japan staff/manufacturer/artists.
3. Order and Curatorial Support: Overseeing and assisting in planning for product orders and inventory management.
4. Administrative tasks: Overseeing administrative tasks, such as inventory management, accounting, and record-keeping done by other members.
5. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

[Must]

1. Minimum 5 years of overall B2B sales/account management experience in the retail, hotel, or F&B industry.
2. Degree in any discipline.
3. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing a team.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.

[Advantage]

1. Experience handling/configuring POS systems.
