Job Description

• Support the project manager and team in delivering end-to-end project deliverables tailored to client requirements.
• Contribute to project delivery in design, development, and business advisory solutions to help clients meet their objectives, guided by Associate Directors/Managers.
• Independently lead modules within projects and mentor Analysts and Associate Consultants.
• Maintain high business awareness and sector/solution knowledge, focusing on productive work.
• Engage clients effectively in project discussions, offering new perspectives and insights.
• Develop specialization in a specific industrial sector or solution area and cultivate an independent viewpoint.
• Continuously work to enhance client satisfaction and firm standards of conduct and ethics.
• Experience in education, skill development, livelihood, or social sectors in India is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from Tier 1 colleges.
• 5+ years of experience as a front-end Strategy Consultant.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and business modeling.
• Project management and multitasking skills.
• Interpersonal skills for client collaboration.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMC) are a plus.
