Job summary

Nomura in Singapore is seeking a QA professional to join the E-Trading Strategy FX team, focusing on qualitative assurance of FX market making and algorithmic trading systems. You will validate models, algorithms, and trading workflows to ensure reliability and low latency.

You will work with the wider development teams in Singapore and London to ensure the platforms meet high standards for 24/5 operation, with strong emphasis on automation and continuous delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services QA with at least 3 years in FX/trading systems.
• Proven technical expertise in Java-based test automation (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
• Experience with API testing and performance testing for low-latency systems.
• UI automation experience with Selenium/Playwright for React/Vue.js apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and Gradle builds.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive FX product-related QA projects.
